Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
- Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
- Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of recent retail wireless sales experience (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
