Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Assistant Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling new weigh loss client in clinic and over the phone. You will engage with potential weight loss clients, and walk them though a proven multi-step progress to get them to their weight loss goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-clinic weight loss consults at our Cocoa Beach location.
- Provided support to existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain customer relationships.
- Call prospective clients to pre-qualifit then assist with booking appointments.
- Conduct product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification REQUIRED.
- Assistance with GLP weight loss injections REQUIRED.
- Must be comfortable working alone.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently enroll new clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with medical weight loss and body sculpting highly desirable.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and engage clients effectively.
- Ability to assist in patient rooms including carrying buckets of water for foot detoxes
