Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house area, including dining tables, counters, restrooms and To-Go station.
- Accurately pack to-go orders according to customers requests and company standards.
- Verify orders for accuracy and presentation before handing them off to delivery drivers or customers.
- Assist in the kitchen when needed, including running food.
- Mange the seating chart and coordinate table assignments to ensure efficent service flow.
- Work collaboratively with servers and management to ensure a smooth dinning experience for all guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Ability to sanitize work areas and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
