Péché Mignon is a luxury café and champagne bar opening in Miami, focused on exceptional pastries, all-day brunch, and elevated hospitality. Our kitchen is built on fine-dining standards with an emphasis on quality, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our opening team. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and maintaining the high standards our guests and team expect.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area throughout service
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, trash removal, and sanitation
- Support cooks and bakers by ensuring clean equipment is available when needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Complete opening, closing, and deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work as part of a team and support overall kitchen operations
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
