Canvassing Manager – Roof Savers Upstate
Pay: $52,000.00+ Weekly Performance Bonuses + Growth Opportunities
Roof Savers Upstate is looking for a motivated and driven Canvassing Manager to build, lead, and grow our door-to-door canvassing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has sales experience, leadership skills, and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-growing roofing company.
As the Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a successful canvassing team that generates qualified leads for our roofing sales team. You will play a key role in hiring, training, coaching, and holding team members accountable for performance.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire canvassers to build a strong team
- Train new team members on Roof Savers’ canvassing process and expectations
- Manage daily canvassing performance and team activity
- Track team goals, results, and performance metrics
- Set lead goals and help the team consistently hit targets
- Coach team members to improve communication, confidence, and results
- Hold team members accountable while creating a positive team culture
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve lead quality and production
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Sales, canvassing, management, or roofing experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field

Compensation & Growth:
- $20–$25/hour starting pay based on experience
- Weekly performance-based bonuses
