As a Part-Time Front of House/Drive-Thru Team Member, you’ll be the face of Chick-fil-A, creating memorable experiences for every guest. Whether you are taking orders, delivering meals with a smile, or helping keep our dining room welcoming and clean, you’ll play an influential role in providing the exceptional hospitality Chick-fil-A is known for.
What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.

Take accurate customer orders in the front counter and drive-thru.

Serve food quickly while ensuring order accuracy.

Deliver meals to guests with professionalism and care.

Keep the dining room, beverage station, and guest areas clean and inviting.

Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining excellent customer service.

Communicate effectively with teammates to provide a smooth guest experience.

Help with restocking supplies and completing evening closing tasks.
What We’re Looking For

Available to work afternoon and evening shifts, including Saturdays.

At least 16 years old (or restaurant hiring minimum).

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for serving others.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds.

Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus—but not required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed!
