Overlooking Verrado and Phoenix, The Victory Club sits high above the desert floor. It’s a fantastic setting unlike anything you’ll find in Arizona. There are three major pillars of the Victory Club: Food, fitness and fun.
Days and Hours: Mondays: 1:00 PM-5:00 PM, Wednesdays 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Sundays 9AM - 4PM. Must have the ability to work occasional Special Events.
We are seeking professional Massage Therapists who share the same purpose, vision and values as we do. To deliver professional, therapeutic and rejuvenating massage and body treatments to members and guests while maximizing retention and retail sales. Principle duties include:

Conducts 60, 90 and 120-minute massage therapies and body treatments, adhering to draping policy and appropriate product application.

Conduct all treatments according to treatment guidelines, while following given policies and procedures of the Victory Club.

Customize specific sessions based on client individual needs following proper safety and sanitation guidelines.

Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.

Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Position requirements:

Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and front desk staff.

Knowledge of various modalities preferred, including but not limited to Swedish, Therapeutic, and Athletic Recovery massage.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, with emphasis on safety and health rules & regulations

Maintain work area with necessary supplies and product inventory

Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.

Prohibited from prescribing, diagnosing or suggest ailments.

Prohibited from soliciting personal clients, house calls or the selling of personal products
Education and Experience:

Valid Arizona State Board Massage Therapy license

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 1 year professional massage therapy experience

Current CPR certification preferred
Note: Satisfactory results of background and reference checks, as well as passing a urine drug screen are conditions of employment for this position.
