We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Breakfast Attendant/Laundry to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to presentation, quality, and dietary requirements, ensuring all food safety standards are met.
- Set up breakfast areas, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout service hours.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Manage laundry operations efficiently by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing items.
- Ensure laundry areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Support catering or banquet events as needed by preparing food items or assisting with setup and cleanup.
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment for both food service and laundry processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience serving guests in restaurants or catering settings.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus; familiarity with linen management preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
