This isn't paperwork, it's persuasion with purpose.
If you've worked Personal Injury intake or case management, you already know this job isn't about answering phones. It's about helping people through one of the worst days of their lives while confidently guiding them to make the right decision.
Personal Injury intake and the empathetic one-call close should be second nature to you. If you don't you know they are on to the next firm.
Every day you'll speak with warm Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) leads. Some clients are ready to retain immediately. Others are emotional, overwhelmed, skeptical, or simply don't know what to do next. Your ability to build trust, explain the legal process clearly, and confidently earn the signature is what separates great intake professionals from everyone else.
We're looking for someone who understands both the legal side and the human side of Personal Injury.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound Personal Injury (MVA) consultations and follow-up calls.
- Build trust quickly and confidently convert qualified callers into signed clients.
- Explain retainers and the legal process in a way clients understand.
- Use empathy, urgency, and professionalism to overcome hesitation.
- Follow up consistently to maximize signed cases.
- Document every interaction accurately inside the CRM.
- Work closely with attorneys and case management to ensure a smooth client handoff.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in Personal Injury Intake, Intake Management, or Personal Injury Case Management.
- You know how to qualify an MVA case and confidently move a client through the intake process.
- One-call closing feels natural because you've done it before.
- Strong communication skills with a calm, compassionate, and confident demeanor.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline.
- Fluent bilingual English/Spanish.
Who You Are
You're someone who knows that every call represents a person whose life just changed.
You can balance compassion with urgency.
You know how to ask the right questions, identify a qualified case, overcome objections, and confidently earn the client's trust and signature.
You don't need scripts to sound human.
You understand that great intake isn't customer service, it's the first and one of the most important legal victories for the client.
