Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate drink and food orders using TOAST POS.
- Serve beverages, cocktails, and food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to maintain health standards.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of the bar area, including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
- Support catering, banquet, or night club events by serving food and beverages seamlessly in fast-paced environments.
Skills
- Proficiency with TOAST POS for order entry and payment processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
- Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, and alcohol service laws.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and managing tabs accurately.
- Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry is a plus; experience in hospitality or retail environments is beneficial.
