We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and enjoyable salon experience. Your expertise in hair styling, along with your ability to connect with clients, will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, blow-dry, highlights, balayage, keratin and styling to meet client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in straight razor techniques for precise haircuts.
- Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
- Apply hair extensions skillfully, ensuring a natural look and feel for clients.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Cosmetology License.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of various hair care techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Ability to perform nail care services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
