Overview
WellnessSpace Brands is a dynamic, fast-paced Tampa Bay-based manufacturer of innovative wellness and recovery products, seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer with a heavy emphasis on quality to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and implementing innovative engineering solutions. This position is full-time and will require working in person at the manufacturing facility in Tampa Bay.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of plastics, metals, electronics, and plumbing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Quality mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Must have 8+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
