Martell Services Group Inc is seeking an on-site, energetic and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations with vision and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial activities, driving fiscal strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to financial management, leveraging deep expertise in accounting principles and financial analysis to propel our organization forward.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience in the construction industry or related sectors, with a deep understanding of construction project financing, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record of successful financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (ERP, accounting platforms, etc.).
