POSITION OVERVIEW
Northeast Erectors II Inc. is seeking a hardworking, dependable Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial steel and PEMB projects. This salaried role is for a leader who takes pride in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and professionally — and who wants to grow long-term with our company. Experience in commercial construction is required; PEMB experience is a major plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day field operations
- Lead crews; maintain safety-focused jobsite
- Coordinate with PMs, GCs, owners, inspectors, and subs
- Monitor schedules; keep projects on track
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly
- Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements
- Maintain quality control through all project phases
- Assist with manpower, equipment, and material logistics
- Review drawings, specs, RFIs, and field conditions
- Communicate daily progress and issues to management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct jobsite meetings; lead by example
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Commercial construction experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Organized, adaptable, strong problem-solver
- Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, growth mindset
Preferred / Huge Plus
- Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) experience
- Structural steel erection experience
- Prior superintendent or field leadership experience
- OSHA training or safety certifications
- Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors

Pay: $66,666.80 - $80,286.89 per year
