Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to assistant coach tumbling, rec cheer and our SuperNova AllStar team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in Cheerleading and tumbling. This role involves educating and mentoring children ages 5 - 13, fostering their skills and confidence while promoting a positive and engaging environment. Work schedule is 1 -2 evenings per week.
Responsibilities
- Coach young athletes in the basics and fundamentals of cheer.
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance skills and performance.
- Manage behavior effectively to maintain a disciplined and respectful atmosphere.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to help them improve.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity among participants.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and events.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
