Appointment Setter — $200 Per Appointment, Automatic Raise to $225 at 3 Months
This job gives you a raise on a schedule, not a promise — $200 per completed appointment now, $225 automatically at three months, and a real ladder above that.
Trinity Roofing is hiring appointment setters — outdoors, on a team, no experience required. Your job is simply to talk with homeowners and set appointments for our roofing specialists. This is not a closing sales role, and we train you from the ground up.
The Path (we promote only from within)
- Canvasser — where everyone starts. Learn the craft, get paid per appointment from day one of training.
- Senior Canvasser — automatic at 3 months. Your rates rise permanently to $225 per completed appointment and 1.25% on sold jobs. Not negotiated. Automatic.
- Mentor — earn a $40 override on every appointment your trainees complete in their first 30 days, on top of your own production.
- Senior Mentor — lead your own team: the territory, the morning meeting, the crew in the field.
- Customer Development Director — help run the program itself.
How the Pay Works
You're paid per appointment, in two parts — because we reward real appointments, not padded numbers:
- $35 the moment your appointment is set and qualified
- $165 more when the appointment happens — $200 total per completed appointment
- 1% of the job when your appointment turns into a signed sale (roughly $150 on a typical roof — and it stacks with everything below)
Weekly Bonuses (they stack)
- 5 completed appointments in a week: +$100
- 10 in a week: +$250 more
- 15 in a week: +$500 more (+$850 total in bonuses that week)
First-90-Days Bonus (up to $3,000)
- $500 at week 2
- $750 at day 30
- $750 at day 60
- $1,000 at day 90
Monthly Consistency Bonus
- Hit your weekly numbers every week of the month: $400 — and it grows every consecutive month, up to $800/month
What you can earn: a 10-appointment week runs about $1,935, and a 15-appointment week about $3,885 — before sold-job pay and milestone bonuses. Our consistent performers are on a $95,000+ first-year pace. The better your appointments, the more every one of them pays.

- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Off
- Work is performed in assigned canvassing territories
