Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
- Speaking on the phone and emailing landlords and residents regarding any questions or concerns they may have
- Handling the entire move-out process – from evaluating the property condition at move-out to confirming the property is rent ready and back on the market for rent
- Overseeing the creation of new leases
- Managing and overseeing maintenance issues during the term of the lease
- Tracking property performance based on various report
You will be evaluated on the following metrics:
- Fully up to speed within four months of your start date with minimal oversight required going forward
- Same day response time to landlords, residents and all others
- Consistently receive 5-star reviews as a result of your 5-star service to our landlords and residents
- Consistently have houses 100% move-in ready after a vacancy
- Minimize the number of missed phones calls in order to best serve our landlords and residents
- Handle all maintenance items in a timely and efficient manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
