We are seeking an experienced and passionate Natural Hair & Protective Style Specialist to join our growing team. This is an immediate booth rental opportunity for a motivated stylist who is committed to healthy hair practices, exceptional customer service, and building a thriving business within a wellness-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional protective styling services, including:
- Knotless Braids
- Box Braids
- Goddess Braids
- Fulani Braids
- Twists
- Natural Hair Styling
- Loc Maintenance
- Other protective styles
- Perform thorough client consultations to understand each client's hair goals and recommend the best styles and services.
- Use low-tension techniques that prioritize scalp health, hair retention, and overall hair integrity.
- Educate clients on healthy hair care, maintenance, and at-home routines.
- Recommend professional retail products that support clients' long-term hair and scalp goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with Texas sanitation standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through checkout.
- Represent the Trendsique brand with professionalism, integrity, and a wellness-first mindset.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in natural hair styling and protective styles.
- Strong portfolio of recent work (photos required).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthy hair practices and scalp care.
- Understanding of sanitation and safety standards.
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Hair Braiding License, if required by state law.
