What This Role Is
The day opens with a calendar already filled by households that asked to be contacted, and closes with notes and a couple of return calls. It is full time, remote, and phone based throughout. People want to work through how a household would replace the income it currently lives on.
There is no wording handed to you to recite, and anyone hoping for a script will feel adrift. Organisation holds it together: promises kept, records clean, callbacks logged. Onboarding, mentoring and coaching are provided, and your income is a direct read on the work you complete.
Day to Day
- Work only with households who asked, so people expect your call.
- Confirm what prompted the request, because the reason shapes everything after.
- Set out choices with honest monthly costs a household can compare.
- Prepare documentation accurately and walk clients through each declaration before submitting.
- Log callbacks and follow ups so nothing depends on your memory.
- Share phrasing that works with newer colleagues during team sessions.
Qualifications
- You hold a conversation in your own words, not from a script.
- You are personable and return a call without being reminded twice.
- You keep your calling blocks protected and your records tidy.
- You take a decline gracefully, because warm households often say no.
- You are realistic about building over several months rather than weeks.
- Reliable connectivity, a private space for confidential calls, and a headset.
