Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our System Manager, Clinical Supply Partnerships, you will be instrumental in shaping a clinically informed supply selection process that optimizes patient outcomes and drives financial stewardship across CommonSpirit Health. You will lead the non-clinical program development and project coordination for our critical product committees, fostering an environment where clinical stakeholders can effectively guide fact-based decisions. This strategic role is crucial for integrating clinical perspectives into our supply chain operations and maximizing the value of every procurement decision.
Every day you will oversee and administer the comprehensive clinical partnerships program for CommonSpirit Supply Chain, ensuring seamless collaboration and vital representation for all sourcing events with SSRM Sourcing teams. You will be responsible for orchestrating every detail of support for our clinical committees, including the identification of key stakeholder participants, managing conflict of interest attestations, and meticulously preparing all meeting logistics such as invitations, communications, and the distribution of essential discussion materials. Furthermore, you will proactively screen open payments for applicability to initiatives and maintain rigorous transparency by effectively communicating and providing visibility into meeting agendas, minutes, and attendance.
To be successful in this pivotal role, you will bring a robust background in program management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, ideally within a healthcare supply chain context.
