Location: Multiple Locations (Regional Travel Required - Southern CA)
Magic Brush Car Wash is seeking an experienced Full-Time Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our car wash equipment and facilities. This is a hands-on position for a motivated individual who enjoys diagnosing problems, working independently, and ensuring our locations remain fully operational.

Position Summary
The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of multiple Magic Brush Car Wash locations by performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment failures, and completing repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems. This position requires travel between locations and the ability to respond to emergency maintenance needs.
Essential Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automatic car wash equipment.
- Repair and maintain pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, operate drain snakes, and perform plumbing repairs as needed.
- Inspect, maintain, and blow out air compressor systems.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls and equipment failures.
- Travel between regional locations to perform scheduled and emergency repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns to management.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience diagnosing and repairing automatic car wash equipment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, conveyor, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience repairing pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and electrical components.
- Experience using plumbing snakes and completing plumbing repairs.
- Experience servicing and maintaining air compressor systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the safe use of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, crawl, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely work in confined spaces.
- Ability to safely climb and work from ladders.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and humidity.
- Ability to work around moving machinery, water, cleaning chemicals, and loud equipment while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time salaried position
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
- Must be available for on-call emergency maintenance.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules based on operational and emergency maintenance needs.
