Gravity Graphics is seeking an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and producing work that stands out on the road.
We are not looking for someone who wants to learn vehicle wraps from scratch. We are looking for a professional installer who can confidently install commercial graphics, color changes, and partial or full wraps with minimal supervision.
Applicants without vehicle wrap installation experience will not be considered.

Position Summary
The Vehicle Wrap Installer is responsible for the installation of vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, paint protection film, and related products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
This position requires an experienced installer who understands proper surface preparation, vinyl handling, installation techniques, and finishing procedures.
ResponsibilitiesVehicle Wrap Installation
- Install partial and full vehicle wraps
- Install commercial fleet graphics
- Install lettering and decals
- Perform color change wraps
- Apply specialty films and laminates
Production & Preparation
- Properly prepare vehicles for installation
- Remove existing graphics when required
- Trim and finish wraps cleanly
- Maintain installation tools and workspaces
- Conduct final quality inspections
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers and production staff
- Communicate material and project requirements
- Help identify installation concerns before production
- Maintain project timelines and deadlines

Required QualificationsMust Have
- 3+ years professional vehicle wrap installation experience
- Experience installing commercial wraps and fleet graphics
- Ability to complete installations independently
- Strong understanding of wrap materials and adhesives
- Experience with rivets, curves, recesses, and complex surfaces
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
- Avery Dennison wrap films
- 3M wrap films
- Color change wraps
- Fleet graphics
- Paint Protection Film
- Window Tint
Industry certifications are a plus but not required.

Real-world installation photos are strongly preferred over digital mockups.

Hands-On Evaluation (Required Before Hiring)

Pay Range consideration:
For a truly independent installer:
- $30–$40/hr – Experienced wrap installer
- $40–$50/hr+ – Advanced installer with leadership skills and PPF experience
- Performance bonuses are negotiable based off qualtiy, efficiency, and rework rates
