High School Diploma or GED preferred

At least 1 year of assembly or lean manufacturing experience

Demonstrated soldering skill set

Comfort working toward daily rate/target expectations

Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and skill with hand tools and basic measurement devices

Lift up to 20 lbs routinely and 50 lbs occasionally

Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
