Job Title: Project Support Merchandiser

Pay: $16-$18 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities:-
Replenish stock, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.

Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.

Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.

Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.

Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.

Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.

Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.

Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.

Previous retail, merchandising, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Planogram experience is a plus.

Smartphones are required for reporting:

IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer

Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
- Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs.

Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required.

Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
