The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, organized, and personable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in sales, genuinely enthusiastic about crystals and natural stones, and enjoys helping customers discover products that are meaningful and exciting to them.
This is a customer-focused sales position with commission-based earning potential, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable engaging with customers, making recommendations, and actively contributing to sales goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service
- Welcome and engage customers with enthusiasm and genuine interest.
- Provide knowledgeable, personalized recommendations based on customers’ interests and needs.
- Develop strong customer relationships and create a memorable shopping experience.
- Work toward and exceed sales goals through commission-based selling.
- Learn and confidently communicate product information, including crystals, minerals, stones, and metaphysical products.
Social Media & Live Sales
- Help create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the shop in a friendly, authentic, and professional way.
- Participate in live sales and livestream shopping events.
- Help showcase crystals, stones, and other products through social-media content and live presentations.
- Stay current with social-media trends and contribute creative ideas for engaging our online community.
Store Maintenance & Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Keep displays neat, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Perform regular cleaning and general store-maintenance duties.
- Ensure products are properly organized and presented.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Restock shelves and displays as needed.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
- Help create attractive displays that showcase products and encourage sales.
- Maintain attention to detail when handling and organizing merchandise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is strongly preferred, especially in a boutique, specialty, or independently owned retail environment.
- Working knowledge of crystals, minerals, and stones is preferred.
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn more about crystals, stones, minerals, and their unique characteristics is a major plus.
- Genuine interest in crystals, rocks, minerals, and/or metaphysical products.
- Strong sales and customer-service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Instagram and TikTok and familiar with social-media content creation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in live sales/livestreams.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a positive team member.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative in a retail environment.
- Professional, friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to regularly bend, reach, stock shelves, and assist with store organization.
