Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the food and beverage industry. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
- Uphold food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Skills
- Bartending experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
