Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Community Support & Compliance Coordinator to support our HOA management team. This role is ideal for a people-person who enjoys being out in the community, providing customer service, and assisting with office operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive to HOA communities to check property conditions and note rule violations
- Provide customer support by phone and email
- Manage, intercoms, keys, gate transponders, FOBs and other HOA materials
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Office administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners and visitors
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Enjoys helping people and working independently
Requirements:
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Ability to travel between communities during the workday
- Basic computer and office skills
