Role Overview: HR Services Coordinator
Richmond, VA | In office, Monday-Friday
The HR Services Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle by delivering high quality HR Services support and providing execution of the company’s relocation, immigration and global mobility program . This role serves as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and partners closely with corporate centers of excellence and external vendors to ensure accurate , timely , and compliant HR and mobility operations.
Relocation & Global Mobility Support
Initiate and manage mobility processes including documentation, benefit administration, system updates, and candidate outreach.
Manage the mobility team shared inbox, trackers, and cases, to ensure timely responses and positive employee experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in HR services, employee services, relocation support, immigration support, or a related human resources function.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
Base Compensation: $33.00-$39.00 Hourly
