Medicus Spine & Joint is seeking an experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist (DPT) comfortable treating spine injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and auto accident rehabilitation in a multidisciplinary medical environment.
Our integrated clinics combine physical therapy, chiropractic care, and medical spine management to provide coordinated patient care focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving functional outcomes.
This role is best suited for therapists comfortable managing independent patient caseloads in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and movement assessments

Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans

Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and functional rehabilitation

Treat patients with orthopedic injuries, spine disorders, and musculoskeletal pain

Support recovery from auto accident injuries and traumarelated conditions

Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and care teams

Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Active Florida Physical Therapist License

Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Strong patient communication and documentation skills

Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy

Experience treating auto accident or personal injury patients

Manual therapy training or certifications

Experience in multidisciplinary clinics
