Job Summary
Superior Restrooms, LLC is a family-owned, woman-led portable toilet rental company that proudly serves all of Snohomish County / Skagit County / Northern King County. We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be personable, hardworking, and have a self-starter attitude. Previous office experience in a blue-collar industry is a plus but not required. The right candidate will understand our company culture and take pride in our brand.
Responsibilities
-Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within required timeframes.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks (e.g., navigating systems while speaking on the phone) and prioritize efficiently.
Experience
- 2+ Years of experience in Customer Service
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Experience with multiple phone lines ( Voip phone system )

Pay: $17.13 - $24.00 per hour
