Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans, support patients in their recovery journeys, and help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities.
Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Educate patients and families about treatment goals and strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to enhance patient outcomes.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
Experience in an in-house rehabilitation setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
