Dominion Realty is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Property Manager to lead the winning team at Water Dance Apartments in Shelbyville, IN. Water Dance is a 2 phased, 230 unit conventional community with a long history of excellence. The ideal candidate will continue that trend while managing an onsite team with over 20 years experience!
Qualified Applicants:
- Must have at least seven (5) years of residential property management experience with at least 3 of those years as a property manager.
- Must have strong communication and people management skills.
- Must be very organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Must demonstrate strong financial and analytical abilities.
- Must have the ability and motivation to work independently.
Experience in RealPage products, including OneSite a plus.
