Job Overview
We are seeking skilled 1st AND 2nd shift Metal Press Brake, Overhead Crane, and Laser Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating press brake machines, operating the overhead crane and Mitsubishi lasers. This role involves working in a metals facility.
1st Shift: 5am-1pm.
2nd Shift: 1pm-9pm. (training on 1st shift)

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Operate and set up press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the necessary dimensions and tolerances.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in production.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members in the fabrication process, including assembly and tooling tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven experience operating laser cutting machinery in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls or similar CNC systems for laser operation
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, CAM programming, and blueprint reading
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with tooling, press brake machines, stamping presses, CNC lathes, milling machines, and welding processes
- Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and GD&T specifications accurately
- Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments and the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Basic math skills necessary for measuring and quality control tasks
- Warehouse experience including materials handling and packaging procedures
- Knowledge of SolidWorks or CAD software is a plus for understanding design specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with factory experience in machining or fabrication processes
- Operate overhead cranes and other heavy equipment in a production setting
- Rig, dig, and build as required for various projects
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents
- Transport materials using crane or forklift as needed
- Other shipping and receiving duties as well as operating crane
