We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative / Leasing Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and residents with professionalism and warmth
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while handling inquiries promptly
- Assist with leasing activities, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records using software such as Microsoft Office and MRI Property management software
- Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing client files to ensure smooth operations
- Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or property viewings
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in person, addressing questions and resolving issues effectively
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment, preferably within property management or real estate
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client interactions
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
