We are hiring a house cleaner to join a small, established residential cleaning company based in Kenosha. This is a W-2 position with paid, hands-on training.
What you will do
- Perform recurring maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move-out turnovers in private homes
- Complete 1 to 2 homes per day using a detailed workcard for each property
- Drive between client homes during the workday
- Keep supplied equipment clean and organized
What we provide
- $18.00 per hour for on-site cleaning time
- Travel between job sites during the workday is paid at the same rate, as required by law
- Commute time is also paid at that rate once daily round-trip travel exceeds 40 minutes
- $10.00 weekly stipend for laundering company mop heads and microfiber towels at home
- All cleaning products, equipment, and tools supplied and maintained by us, at no cost to you
- Weekly pay every Friday by direct deposit
- Coverage under our liability insurance and Wisconsin workers compensation
- Paid training alongside an experienced cleaner until you are ready to work independently
- Scheduling, routing, and customer communication handled by the office
What we are looking for
- 2 or more years of paid professional cleaning experience
- Valid driver license and a reliable, insured vehicle for daily travel between homes
- Ability to work independently and follow written cleaning instructions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete Forms I-9 and W-4
Additional information
Employment references will be verified. A pre-employment criminal background check is required, and results are reviewed on an individual basis in accordance with Wisconsin law. You will drive to client homes throughout southeastern Wisconsin during the workday, generally within about 40 miles of Kenosha.
