About the Role
We're looking for a versatile, detail-oriented team member who can move seamlessly between customer service, order fulfillment, and retail floor duties. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things right — from answering a customer's question about a cigar's flavor profile to packing an order correctly to helping a walk-in customer find what they're looking for.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, products, and shipping.
- Screen online orders for fraud.
- Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Process returns, exchanges, and order issues professionally
- Assist customers on the retail floor — product recommendations, ringing up sales, maintaining displays.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and flag discrepancies
- Keep the humidor, sales floor, and fulfillment area clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Learn our product catalog (cigars, accessories, brands) well enough to make informed recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Fast learning and eager to ask questions.
- Comfortable multitasking across different types of work in the same shift.
- Proficient computer skills (order systems, email, POS.)
- Ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse/fulfillment preferred.
- Interest in or willingness to learn alot about premium cigars (21+ required due to tobacco products.)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Some existing knowledge of cigar brands and terminology.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
