We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Whether you're working a busy nightclub or high-volume bar, your role is vital in delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Operate POS systems for accurate order entry, payment processing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area throughout each shift.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance drawers at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with managers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tab management.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation is a plus, but not required.
