Financial Execution Lead
Description: Provide Financial and Program Management support to all phases of the program management life cycle for a DoD program office, including formulating a budget and program plan, developing acquisition documentation, monitoring task execution, and mitigating risk. Collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data or documentation. Assist with tracking program cost, schedule, and performance. Provide support for the assessment of current programs, including management initiatives, program integration, cost benefit analysis, and metric development. Perform information gathering, analysis, and preparation of data call responses and responses to information requests. Assist clients with preparing program level meetings, briefings, or conference and meeting summaries for program wide distribution. oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and update annual Spend Plans to support program execution and ensure alignment with budget priorities.
· Develop funding projections, analyze financial requirements, and update out-year budget forecasts to support program planning and resource allocation.
· Research, monitor, and track funding execution to ensure timely obligation and expenditure of appropriated funds, identifying execution risks and recommending corrective actions.
· Develop responses to financial data calls and prepare accurate financial reports, analyses, and supporting documentation for leadership and external stakeholders.
· Provide technical and analytical support by preparing and delivering financial briefings, presentations, and status updates for program leadership.
· Participate in working groups, Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, program management reviews, technical interchange meetings, and other program forums to support financial planning and execution.
· Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and distribute action items and summaries to program stakeholders.
· Manage day-to-day financial execution activities, ensuring work products are complete, accurate, and compliant with customer requirements, Navy policies, and applicable financial management guidance.
· Coordinate with program managers, business financial managers, contracting personnel, and other stakeholders to support budget execution, funding actions, and program objectives.
· Assist in identifying financial risks, tracking corrective actions, and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance program financial performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Minimum 5 years of combined industry and federal government experience
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, management, or a related technical discipline.
· Experience writing requirements for Performance Work Statements (PWS) and accomplish technical evaluations.
· Experience assisting program managers in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
· U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance required, with eligibility to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; SECRET clearance is required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
