Our well-established healthcare and rehabilitation organization is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive function.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive equipment, and home safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team conferences.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the State of Georgia.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Previous experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, or a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- CPR certification preferred.

Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour
