Poulsbo Therapy & Wellness Clinical Position
Poulsbo Therapy & Wellness, a thriving Best of Kitsap award-winning private practice in Poulsbo, Washington, is expanding and seeking compassionate clinicians passionate about working with couples as well as individuals (kids and/or adults). We value therapists who are collaborative, grounded, professional, and committed to ongoing growth.
This position is open to fully licensed clinicians and associates working toward licensure. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling that supports a healthy work/life balance. No evenings or weekends are required, though they are available if desired.
Part-time clinicians typically see approximately 10 clients weekly, while full-time clinicians average 15-20 clients weekly. Services are primarily provided in person, with telehealth options available.
Compensation is based on a percentage split of collected client session revenue, ranging from 50–60% depending on licensure and experience.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on referrals and manage client caseloads
- Establish therapeutic rapport with clients
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and document DSM-5 diagnoses
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EHR system
- Practice within ethical and legal guidelines for licensure
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional licensing requirements
- Participate in optional consultation meetings
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive clinical environment
- Follow mandatory reporting guidelines and practice policies
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or associate-level licensure working toward full licensure
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing couples or family therapy
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or neurodevelopmental disorders
- Training in EMDR, IFS, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, or other trauma-informed modalities
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and boundary-setting skills
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
