Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Medical Assistant (Full time) to join our healthcare team, providing essential support across outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will possess strong patient service skills, medical administrative expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment. This position involves travel within the community to deliver comprehensive patient care and administrative support, ensuring seamless healthcare delivery.

1. Job title: Medical Assistant (Full time)

2. Locations: Apex, NC Wake Forest, NC Holly Springs, NC Cary, NC Apex, NC

3. Compensation: $19–$22 PER HOUR

4. Schedule: Monday – Friday

5. Travel: Commute required

6. Job Description:

· Role includes both clinical + front desk duties

· Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner.

· Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and direct calls appropriately.

· Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

· Verify patient demographics and update patient records.

· Register new patients and obtain required documentation via EMR

· Assist patients with completing intake forms and obtaining necessary signatures.

· Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, office policies, and general information.

· Manage incoming emails, voicemail messages, and patient portal communications.

· Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

7. Requirements:

· Prior MA experience preferred

· Reliable car + willingness to commute daily

· Strong multitasking and patient interaction skills
