This role requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and collaboration on construction sites. The Tradesman will be responsible for executing diverse tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Execute construction tasks including carpentry and masonry.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Install cabinets, doors, flooring, and tile with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary for specific tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site
- Arrive on time and ready to work at assigned job sites.
- Demonstrate reliability, respect, and willingness to learn.
- Help set up and tear down job sites daily.
- Keep tools and equipment maintained and ready for use.
- Show initiative by anticipating crew needs and staying productive between tasks.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
