Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, sales transactions, and cash handling efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Serve food promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and managing sanitation protocols.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food service operations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Process cash transactions accurately while managing retail sales transactions with precision.
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times through proper handling and sanitation practices.
- Support the team in operating kitchen equipment, restocking supplies, and maintaining a quick service environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy hours.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or kitchen operations will help you excel in this role.
