Now Hiring: Full-Time 1099 Independent Contractor (Handyman / Laborer)
Location: Adams Point North HOA only (single-site role)
Overview
Adams Point North HOA is seeking a full-time independent contractor (1099) to provide ongoing handyman and exterior repair services exclusively for Adams Point North. This is not an employee position. The contractor will be hired directly by the HOA and assigned a steady, full-time workload through HOA-approved work orders.
Scope of Work (primarily exterior)
- Repairs for townhomes/single-family exteriors, patios, and common elements (≈95% exterior)
- Clubhouse/pool house maintenance and small repairs
- Carpentry, siding, minor roofing, minor plumbing
- Small-scale concrete/step fixes and light grading/earthwork
What We’re Looking For
- Active PA Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license
- Insurance: General Liability (and Workers’ Comp if applicable)
- Residential handyman/repair experience; reliable and professional communication
- Ability to provide written estimates and coordinate with the HOA/manager
How It Works
- 1099 contractor engaged by Adams Point North HOA in a full-time capacity
- Work assigned via HOA-approved work orders; pricing per estimate/approved scope
- Invoicing submitted to the HOA (administration/processing may be handled by management)
