Residential Cleaning Technician – Kendall Cleaning Service
Kendall Cleaning Service is hiring for a residential cleaning technician to join our team. We are a small, detail-focused company serving Providence and surrounding areas, and we are looking for someone reliable, professional, and ready to grow with us long-term.
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting pay is $115 per day work days per diem and a few days a week 830-2pm
- Pay increases over time based on performance and reliability
- 6-month review with opportunity for raise
- Tips are common and paid out in full to staff
- Typical work hours are 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Schedule is primarily Monday, Wednesday, and Friday days vary work comes in often
Requirements:
- Must speak and understand English clearly (communication with clients is required)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Some cleaning experience preferred, but we will train you on our system
- Must be dependable and show up consistently – reliability is a non-negotiable in this role
- Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to handle physical labor daily
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working on hands and knees for detailed cleaning
- Must have strong vision and attention to detail (this is critical in this role)
- No injuries or limitations that would affect your ability to perform the job
