Reveille Trucking is one of South Texas' premier transportation companies, and we're looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter who is passionate about finding and hiring great CDL drivers.
This is not an HR administrative position. We're looking for a motivated recruiter who thrives on building relationships, filling trucks, and helping grow a first-class fleet.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
- Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
- Advertise openings on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist, and other recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants
- Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers through calls, text, and email
- Build relationships with CDL schools, referral sources, and industry contacts
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring results
- Work closely with operations to understand current hiring needs
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruiting experience (transportation industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using recruiting software, social media, and online job boards
- Ability to build trust and create long-term relationships with drivers
