Position Overview
We're looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media & Events Marketing Coordinator who loves content, community, and making events impossible to ignore. This role builds our brand presence online and drives, bookings, leagues, tournaments, and special events.
The ideal candidate can shoot and edit short-form video on the fly, write content that gets people in the door, and stay organized across a busy event calendar. You'll work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies into consistent, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content across our social channels, including reels, stories, and event promos.
- Build the promotional push around each event, league, and tournament to drive bookings.
- Launch and manage paid social campaigns under the General Manager's direction.
- Capture photo and video on-site during events and league nights.
- Support event setup and execution as needed.
- Track content performance and event bookings.
- Coordinate giveaways, cross-promotions, and local partnerships to grow reach.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of social media, content creation, or marketing experience preferred.
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on a phone.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a content and event calendar.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising (Meta, Instagram) is a plus.
- Familiarity with golf preferred.
- Proficient with basic computer and design tools (Canva, POS, Excel, or similar).
- Share any applicable social media account with resume.

Schedule
Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week with opportunity to expand based on performance. Some evening and weekend hours around events as needed.
