Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, and food preparation zones to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
- Support food service operations by delivering orders accurately and promptly to guests
- Handle food items safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up in a courteous and organized manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and restaurant operations is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
