The Office of the Registrar at CU Boulder welcomes applications for the Degree Management System Analyst position! The Registrar's Office is committed to the delivery of quality, student-centered enrollment, and academic support services by facilitating the development, enhancement, maintenance, and campus-wide use of the Boulder Degree Management System. As custodians of student records and enrollment data, this unit also provides judicious management and dissemination of student data to campus partners. This includes students, faculty, staff, and administrators including deans and academic departments to create and maintain degree audits from approved curriculum, advise academic and departmental staff on curriculum development and its impact on degree programs. This unit works with campus leadership to establish priorities for system changes as needed to the degree management system.
This position works within the Office of the Registrar's Degree Audit team. Responsibilities include the coordination and maintenance of all components within the degree management system; will perform the initial technical coding and updates to maintain accurate degree audits, provide analysis of data integrity through systems, advise academic administrators and staff on curriculum and/or course changes, assist in the production of materials and training of campus staff in the use of degree management tools, and promote campus-wide use of the degree management tools. This position will play an integral role in the advancement and support of degree audit management processes, testing system changes and maintaining a continuity of service with upgrades and new systems associated with degree management.
