Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with experience . As an HVAC Tech, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read schematics and troubleshoot various HVAC issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems as needed.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC units.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain service procedures and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory used.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Tech.
- EPA Certified. Must pass drug test and background check.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC/R is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
